DistroKid X Kid’s Take Over
Project Overview:
In this project, I played a key role in facilitating and negotiating a strategic partnership between DistroKid, a leading music distribution platform, and the YouTube interview series Kid's Take Over. The series, which focuses on providing young creators a platform to share their stories and experiences, was an ideal match for DistroKid’s mission to empower independent musicians and creators.
My responsibilities included negotiating and securing ad placements within the Kid's Take Over series to align both brands' goals and enhance visibility. The collaboration not only boosted the profile of DistroKid within the youth-centric creator community but also provided Kid's Take Over with valuable support for their content development.
By managing the partnership process from start to finish, I ensured seamless integration of DistroKid’s services into the show while maintaining the integrity and mission of both brands. The outcome was a successful, mutually beneficial partnership that drove audience engagement and positioned both parties as leaders in fostering creative expression and empowering the next generation of creators
